  1. Confidently choose when and how to interact with directors in three common problem situations.
  2. List challenges and solutions from perceiving oneself as “between” peers and faculty.
  3. Recognize effective and less effective communication used with directors (including in-person vs. written, timeliness, clarity).

Understanding and Managing Conflict

  2. Understand when and how to intervene with certain difficult resident behaviors.
