Vaccine misinformation remains a health threat especially in communities hit hardest by disparities. The AAFP and CDC collaborated through their Improving Adult Immunization Rates Among Racial and Ethnic Minority Populations project to create a new report for strategies to guide patients toward informed decisions. The report has strategies, tools and resources to increase and improve vaccination rates among adults from those populations.

AAFP Immunization Schedules

The AAFP has detailed, and up-to-date immunization calendars based on age groups and medical conditions, as well as catch-up schedules, notes, and appendices featuring contraindications and precautions.
