AAFP Foundation
Dues Check Off Campaign

Support good work at both the state and national levels. When you make a $50 Check Off donation with your membership dues payment, you help your state chapter and AAFP Foundation at the same time.

Your dollars will fund grants for chapter-level programs through the Family Medicine Philanthropic Consortium (FMPC), as well as AAFP Foundation humanitarian, educational, and research initiatives. All programs are designed to advance the values of Family Medicine and improve the health of all people.

So remember to check the box, when you receive your membership dues statement or go to the Dues Check Off page of the AAFP Foundation website. And don’t forget your contribution is tax-deductible.
