Legislative Involvement Fund Contribution Form

Thank you, the Wisconsin Academy of Family Physicians appreciates your recent contribution to the Legislative Involvement Fund.

As a conduit, the WAFP Legislative Involvement Fund is designed to maximize the impact of our efforts to support Academy positions, such as improving access to health care and health insurance coverage, heightening awareness of the value of family practice and advocating for public health improvements. The fund allows the Academy to attend key political events, support legislators, and continue developing relationships with influential elected officials.
